Gizlilik Politikası

Kısaca

  • Yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken verileri işleriz: hesabınız, teknenizin konumu, alarm ayarlarınız ve bildirim kimliğiniz.
  • Telefonunuzun konumuna erişmeyiz. Konum, teknedeki takip cihazından gelir.
  • Reklam, analitik ya da uygulamalar arası izleme yoktur. Verilerinizi satmayız.
  • Rota geçmişi yalnızca tekneniz için açıksa tutulur ve 7 gün sonra otomatik silinir.

1Kapsam ve veri sorumlusu

Bu politika; MyBoat iOS uygulaması, Android uygulaması, web paneli ve teknedeki takip cihazından oluşan tekne takip hizmetini (“Hizmet”) kapsar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu MyBoat’dir (“biz”).

Hesaplar herkese açık kayıtla değil, yönetici tarafından oluşturulur. Hizmeti kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan işlemeleri anlamış olursunuz.

2İşlediğimiz veriler

Hesap bilgileri

Kullanıcı adı, rol, hesap oluşturma tarihi ve hesabınıza atanmış tekneler. Şifreniz yalnızca Argon2id ile tek yönlü özetlenmiş olarak saklanır; düz metin şifrenizi göremeyiz.

Tekne konum verileri

Kaptanın Seyir Defteri tekne için açılırsa, mesafeye göre seçilen konumlar ve yer ziyaretleri en fazla 10 yıl saklanır. Yer adlarını bulmak için yaklaşık konum, işletmecinin yapılandırdığı ad çözümleme sağlayıcısına gönderilir; hesap bilgisi veya tekne kimliği gönderilmez. 3D harita verileri OpenFreeMap üzerinden alınır. Aynı yerdeki ardışık gözlemler tek ziyarette birleşir. Defteri kapatmak yeni kaydı durdurur; tekne silindiğinde defter de silinir. 3D filmler telefonunuzda hazırlanır. Paylaştığınız videodaki tekne adı, rota, tarih ve saat seçtiğiniz alıcıya veya uygulamaya aktarılır.

Teknedeki takip cihazı enlem, boylam ve hız bilgisi gönderir. Son konum yalnızca sunucu belleğinde tutulur. Rota kaydı tekne için açıksa konum noktaları en fazla 7 gün saklanır.

Güvenli alan ve alarm ayarları

Ev (demir) konumu, güvenli alan yarıçapı, bildirim tercihleri ve tekne bazında sessize alma.

Olay kaydı

Güvenli alandan çıkış, geri dönüş, cihazın çevrimiçi/çevrimdışı olması gibi olaylar ve zamanları.

Takip cihazı teknik verileri

Cihazın son görülme zamanı ve son bağlandığı IP adresi. Cihaz erişim anahtarları yalnızca özetlenmiş (SHA-256) olarak saklanır.

Bildirim verileri

Alarm bildirimleri gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim kimliği (Firebase Cloud Messaging token’ı) ve platform bilgisi (iOS/Android).

Güvenlik kayıtları ve oturum

Giriş denemeleri (kullanıcı adı, IP adresi, zaman) sunucu günlüklerine yazılır; kaba kuvvet saldırılarını sınırlamak için IP bazlı sayaçlar bellekte tutulur. Oturumunuz, yalnızca kimlik doğrulama amaçlı, HttpOnly ve Secure bir çerezle en fazla 7 gün sürdürülür.

Wi-Fi kurulumu

Takip cihazını kurarken girdiğiniz Wi-Fi ağ adı ve şifresi, telefonunuzdan yerel ağ üzerinden doğrudan cihaza iletilir. Bu bilgiler sunucularımıza gönderilmez.

3İşlemediğimiz veriler

  • Telefonunuzun konumu, rehberiniz, fotoğraflarınız, mikrofonunuz veya kameranız.
  • Reklam kimliği; reklam ya da analitik araçları; uygulamalar veya web siteleri arası izleme.
  • Ödeme bilgileri (uygulama içinde ödeme alınmaz).

4Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Verilerinizi; tekne konumunu göstermek, güvenli alan ihlallerini tespit etmek, alarm bildirimi göndermek, hesabınızı ve oturumunuzu yönetmek, hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için işleriz.

Hukuki sebeplerimiz KVKK md. 5/2 kapsamında: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (hizmeti sunmak), meşru menfaat (güvenlik kayıtları, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi) ve hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesidir. Verilerinizi pazarlama, profilleme veya satış amacıyla kullanmayız.

5Paylaşım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verilerinizi satmayız. Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu ölçüde aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla paylaşılır:

  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: bildirim kimliği ve bildirim içeriği (tekne adı, alarm metni).
  • Apple Push Notification service: iOS cihazlara bildirimin teslimi.
  • Harita sağlayıcıları: haritayı görüntülemek için iOS’ta Apple Haritalar, Android’de Google Haritalar, web panelinde OpenStreetMap ve unpkg. Bu sağlayıcılar harita parçalarını sunarken IP adresinizi ve görüntülenen bölgeyi görebilir.
  • Sunucu barındırma sağlayıcısı: verilerin saklandığı altyapı.

Google ve Apple sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir; bildirim teslimi için gereken bu aktarım KVKK md. 9 kapsamında gerçekleştirilir. Yasal olarak zorunlu tutulduğumuzda yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla da paylaşım yapılabilir.

Bir tekne hizmetten kaldırıldığında ona bağlı ayarlar, olaylar ve rota kayıtları da silinir.

7Güvenlik

Tüm bağlantılar TLS (HTTPS/WSS) ile şifrelenir. Şifreler Argon2id, cihaz anahtarları SHA-256 ile özetlenir. Her kullanıcı yalnızca kendisine atanmış teknelerin verilerine erişebilir; giriş denemeleri hız sınırına tabidir. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir; bir ihlal durumunda yasal yükümlülüklerimize uygun şekilde sizi ve ilgili kurumları bilgilendiririz.

8Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Başvurularınızı hesabınızı oluşturan yönetici üzerinden iletebilirsiniz. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırırız. Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

9Hesap silme

Hesabınızın silinmesini hesabınızı oluşturan yönetici üzerinden talep edebilirsiniz. Silme işleminde hesabınız, bildirim kimlikleriniz, tekne erişim yetkileriniz ve bildirim tercihleriniz kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamadan çıkış yaptığınızda bildirim kimliğiniz sunucudan hemen kaldırılır.

10Çocuklar

Hizmet çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hesaplar yalnızca tekne sahipleri veya onların yetkilendirdiği kişiler için oluşturulur. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.

11Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi yukarıda belirtilir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama veya web paneli üzerinden duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

At a glance

  • We only process what the service needs to work: your account, your boat’s location, your alarm settings and your notification token.
  • We never access your phone’s location. Location comes from the tracker on your boat.
  • No ads, no analytics and no cross-app tracking. We do not sell your data.
  • Route history is kept only if it is turned on for your boat, and is deleted automatically after 7 days.

1Scope and data controller

This policy covers the boat tracking service (the “Service”), made up of the MyBoat iOS app, the Android app, the web panel and the tracker installed on your boat. The data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is MyBoat (“we”, “us”).

Accounts are created by an administrator, not through public sign-up. By using the Service you acknowledge the processing described in this policy.

2Data we process

Account information

Username, role, account creation date and the boats assigned to your account. Your password is stored only as a one-way Argon2id hash; we cannot see your plain-text password.

Boat location data

The tracker on the boat sends latitude, longitude and speed. The latest position is kept in server memory only. If route recording is turned on for a boat, location points are kept for up to 7 days.

If the Captain’s Logbook is enabled for a boat, distance-selected positions and place visits are kept for up to 10 years. Approximate coordinates are sent to the operator-configured place-name provider without account or boat identifiers. OpenFreeMap supplies the 3D map data. Consecutive observations at the same place are combined into one visit. Turning recording off stops new records; deleting the boat also deletes its logbook. 3D films are generated on your phone. Sharing a video sends its boat name, route, dates and times to the recipient or app you choose.

Safe area and alarm settings

Home (anchor) position, safe area radius, notification preferences and per-boat mute.

Event log

Events such as leaving or returning to the safe area and the tracker going online or offline, with timestamps.

Tracker technical data

The tracker’s last-seen time and last connecting IP address. Tracker access keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes.

Notification data

Your device’s notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and platform (iOS/Android), used to deliver alarm notifications.

Security logs and sessions

Sign-in attempts (username, IP address, time) are written to server logs, and per-IP counters are kept in memory to limit brute-force attacks. Your session is maintained by an authentication-only HttpOnly, Secure cookie for up to 7 days.

Wi-Fi setup

The Wi-Fi network name and password you enter while setting up the tracker are sent from your phone directly to the tracker over the local network. They are never sent to our servers.

3Data we don’t process

  • Your phone’s location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
  • Advertising identifiers; advertising or analytics tools; tracking across apps or websites.
  • Payment information (no payments are taken in the app).

4Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to show your boat’s position, detect safe area breaches, send alarm notifications, manage your account and session, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security logs, abuse prevention) and compliance with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2; where the GDPR applies, Art. 6(1)(b), (f) and (c)). We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or sale.

5Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your data. It is shared only as far as needed to provide the Service, with:

  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: notification token and notification content (boat name, alarm text).
  • Apple Push Notification service: delivery of notifications to iOS devices.
  • Map providers: Apple Maps on iOS, Google Maps on Android, and OpenStreetMap and unpkg on the web panel. These providers can see your IP address and the area being viewed when serving map tiles.
  • Server hosting provider: the infrastructure where data is stored.

Google and Apple servers may be located outside Türkiye; this transfer, required to deliver notifications, is carried out under KVKK Art. 9. We may also disclose data to competent authorities where legally required.

When a boat is removed from the Service, its settings, events and route history are deleted with it.

7Security

All connections are encrypted with TLS (HTTPS/WSS). Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and tracker keys with SHA-256. Each user can access only the boats assigned to them, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is shared with, request correction, deletion or destruction, have those actions notified to recipients, object to adverse outcomes of purely automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

Send requests via the administrator who created your account. We respond free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, where applicable, your local supervisory authority.

9Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account via the administrator who created your account. Deletion permanently removes your account, notification tokens, boat access and notification preferences. When you sign out of the app, your notification token is removed from the server immediately.

10Children

The Service is not directed to children, and accounts are created only for boat owners or people they authorize. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date shown above. We will announce significant changes in the app or the web panel.
